NABIKPRABOTICS LABS

1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Nabik, an AI-powered surveillance solution offered by Prabotics Labs ("Prabotics Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the conditions governing the purchase, use, configuration, maintenance, and support of Nabik hardware, software, subscriptions, and related services.

By entering into a valid Nabik purchase or service agreement, you agree to the applicable terms accepted as part of that transaction.

Your order may also be governed by a quotation, invoice, warranty schedule, service order, or other specifically agreed document.

If a signed or accepted customer-specific agreement expressly modifies a provision of these Terms, the agreed customer-specific provision will apply to that arrangement to the extent legally permitted.

Merely visiting our website does not, by itself, establish acceptance of a paid Nabik service contract.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Eligibility and Authority

Customers must have the legal capacity and appropriate authority to purchase or operate Nabik products and services.

If you purchase Nabik for a company, apartment association, institution, or another organization, you confirm that you have the necessary authority to act for that organization.

Customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization to connect and operate surveillance equipment at their premises.

Any processing of personal information, surveillance recordings, facial recognition data, or vehicle information must comply with applicable law.

3. Nabik Products and Services

Nabik combines compatible camera video streams, dedicated processing hardware, surveillance software, AI-based monitoring capabilities, and related technical services.

Depending on the purchased configuration, Nabik may support:

  • Compatible IP camera integration.
  • Local video recording.
  • Person and vehicle detection.
  • Other supported object detection.
  • Smart monitoring zones.
  • Event review.
  • Video search.
  • AI-generated event summaries.
  • Supported notifications and integrations.
  • Face Recognition.
  • License Plate Recognition.
  • Configuration and technical assistance.

Not every feature is included in every configuration.

Feature availability may depend on:

  • Hardware specifications.
  • Supported camera streams.
  • Installed AI models.
  • Software versions.
  • Processing capacity.
  • Storage resources.
  • Subscription entitlements.
  • Third-party licensing.
  • Customer configuration.

The exact products and services supplied are those identified in the accepted quotation or service agreement.

4. Nabik AI Box Hardware and Ownership

Nabik AI Boxes are assembled, configured, or customized by Prabotics Labs using selected hardware components.

Hardware configurations may vary to suit customer requirements and available processing resources.

Each order should identify applicable hardware specifications, such as:

  • AI Box model.
  • Processor or computing platform.
  • Memory.
  • Storage.
  • Relevant acceleration hardware.
  • Supplied accessories.
  • Camera-capacity assumptions.
  • Applicable warranty terms.

Unless expressly sold under a rental or leasing arrangement, a Nabik AI Box purchased outright becomes customer-owned according to the applicable sale, payment, and delivery terms.

Ownership of physical hardware does not automatically include ownership of third-party software, proprietary models, copyrighted materials, or external services.

Purchased hardware remains customer-owned after the expiration of an associated service subscription.

5. Camera Compatibility

Nabik is intended for supported IP camera video streams.

Compatibility depends on camera hardware, firmware, available streaming protocols, network configuration, video encoding, credentials, resolution, and other technical factors.

Certain analog camera installations may be compatible through suitable DVRs or encoders that provide supported network streams.

Some proprietary or cloud-only camera systems may not be compatible.

Customers should provide accurate camera models and relevant installation information before purchase.

Prabotics Labs may perform a preliminary assessment or request further testing.

Compatibility assessments based only on customer-supplied specifications may remain provisional until actual streams are tested.

Where Prabotics Labs expressly confirms a configuration as compatible in the accepted agreement, it must address any failure to meet that commitment according to the applicable contractual and legal remedies.

6. Site Surveys, Setup and Installation

Nabik services may include:

  • Camera compatibility assessment.
  • AI Box preparation.
  • Operating software configuration.
  • Integration of supported camera streams.
  • Recording configuration.
  • AI detection setup.
  • Zone configuration.
  • Relevant system testing.
  • Customer handover.

Unless expressly included in the quotation, Nabik services do not ordinarily include:

  • Physical CCTV camera mounting.
  • Electrical installation.
  • Building wiring.
  • Network cabling.
  • Construction work.
  • Camera purchase or replacement.
  • Full network reconstruction.
  • Physical security guarding.
  • Emergency response or dispatch services.

Site inspections, transport, specialized configuration, additional networking, storage expansion, or extra on-site work may involve separately disclosed charges.

Customers must provide reasonable access to the agreed equipment and necessary site facilities.

Any agreed delivery or setup deadlines will be identified in the accepted order.

7. Pricing, Quotations and Payment

Nabik charges may consist of:

  • One-time AI Box hardware purchase.
  • Initial configuration and deployment services.
  • Monthly or annual subscriptions.
  • Additional hardware or storage.
  • Optional technical services.
  • Site visits and transport.
  • Separately agreed integrations.

All applicable charges, taxes, discounts, payment conditions, and separately billed services should be identified in the accepted quotation or invoice.

Customers must review and approve the applicable quotation before placing an order.

Additional chargeable work requires customer authorization.

Payment procedures and accepted payment methods are communicated by Prabotics Labs through authorized channels.

Order fulfillment, outstanding payment obligations, deposits, and applicable delivery conditions are governed by the accepted purchase documents.

Prabotics Labs does not automatically charge customers for additional products or services without valid authorization.

8. Subscription Plans and Billing

Nabik offers monthly and annual service subscriptions. Annual terms and prices are provided by quotation.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the selected period.

A monthly subscription covers the agreed one-month service period.

An annual subscription covers the agreed twelve-month service period.

The subscription begins on the documented service activation date.

The purchased plan determines the ongoing benefits provided by Prabotics Labs.

These may include agreed:

  • Technical support.
  • Software configuration assistance.
  • Maintenance.
  • Applicable updates.
  • System management.
  • Supported integrations.
  • Other contracted services.

The exact inclusions depend on the accepted subscription plan.

A subscription does not automatically include unlimited support, free hardware replacement, unlimited storage, every AI feature, emergency response, or unlimited on-site work.

Hardware and subscription fees are distinct unless an explicitly agreed package states otherwise.

9. Manual Subscription Renewal

Nabik subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Customers must choose to renew and complete the applicable confirmation and payment process.

Prabotics Labs does not automatically charge a saved payment method for a new subscription period.

Customers may renew on an available monthly or annual plan.

The applicable renewal price is disclosed before confirmation.

Introductory discounts do not automatically continue into later subscription periods.

Prabotics Labs may send reminders before expiration using the customer's registered contact information.

Customers wishing to avoid an interruption of subscription services should renew before the end of their paid period.

10. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may decide not to renew their Nabik subscription at any time.

Because subscription renewal is manual, no automatic recurring payment needs to be cancelled.

Customers can contact [email protected] for cancellation confirmation or service-related questions.

Where the agreed subscription services have been properly supplied, voluntary cancellation during an active paid period does not ordinarily entitle the customer to a prorated refund merely because the services are no longer needed.

This does not restrict remedies arising from materially undelivered services, duplicate or incorrect charges, other contractual rights, or applicable law.

Unless an earlier termination is agreed, the paid services remain available until their scheduled expiration.

11. Subscription Expiration and Post-Expiration Use

When a subscription expires without renewal, Prabotics Labs' obligation to provide subscription-specific services generally ends, subject to independent warranty, contractual, and legal responsibilities.

Purchased AI Box hardware remains customer-owned.

Local software functions that operate independently under continuing valid licenses may remain available on the customer's hardware.

These may include supported recording, playback, and local AI functions, depending on the installed system and applicable software/model licensing.

Certain proprietary features, externally hosted services, or license-dependent functions may require separate active authorization.

Prabotics Labs will not remove independently granted open-source software rights merely because its service subscription expires.

Subscription expiration does not by itself authorize deletion of stored customer recordings.

Existing footage remains subject to ordinary storage capacity, configured retention, hardware condition, and access permissions.

Ongoing subscription-based support, managed maintenance, and applicable service benefits end upon expiration.

Prabotics Labs will revoke or disable remote-support access when the relevant service and authorization end, unless another valid authorization or continuing obligation justifies access.

Customers may request reactivation at the then-applicable disclosed price.

Any separately chargeable restoration, repair, or reconfiguration work must be quoted before performance.

No automatic late fee is imposed merely for choosing not to renew.

12. Plan Changes

Customers may request a different subscription plan or switch between monthly and annual billing.

Plan changes ordinarily take effect at the next billing period.

An earlier change may require:

  • Customer agreement.
  • A revised quotation.
  • Additional payment or applicable credit.
  • Hardware or configuration adjustments.

No upgrade fee or credit will be assumed unless expressly disclosed and approved.

13. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Prabotics Labs may provide introductory promotions, including offers limited to a specified number of eligible customers.

For any offer, the applicable promotional conditions must identify:

  • Eligibility.
  • Participating products or plans.
  • Discount value.
  • Eligible billing period.
  • Confirmation requirements.
  • Offer limits.
  • Exclusions.
  • Renewal pricing.

For a first-200-customer promotion, an enquiry alone does not guarantee a place.

Eligibility is determined according to the genuine published promotional terms and confirmed qualifying orders.

Any approved discount applies only to the specified purchase or service period.

It does not automatically apply to hardware, setup services, renewals, or other charges unless expressly included.

Prabotics Labs will honor validly accepted promotional commitments according to the agreement and applicable law.

14. Hardware Returns

Nabik AI Boxes are assembled or customized according to the purchased configuration.

Prabotics Labs does not ordinarily accept voluntary returns of correctly supplied and functioning hardware solely because a customer changes their mind, prefers another model, or no longer needs the product.

This does not limit legally required remedies for:

  • Defective products.
  • Incorrectly supplied products.
  • Material mismatch with agreed specifications.
  • Misrepresentation.
  • Non-delivery.
  • Other legally recognized grounds.

Customers should report missing items, delivery damage, or incorrect products as soon as reasonably practicable.

A delay in reporting does not automatically extinguish any applicable mandatory legal right.

15. Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products

If an AI Box is defective, incorrectly assembled, or materially different from the agreed product description, customers may submit a claim.

Prabotics Labs will assess the issue and provide the remedy required under the applicable agreement, hardware warranty, or law.

Depending on the circumstances, appropriate remedies may include:

  • Repair.
  • Component replacement.
  • Device replacement.
  • Correcting the supplied configuration.
  • Refund.
  • Another applicable legal remedy.

A confirmed failure to supply the agreed specification will not be treated merely as a customer change of mind.

16. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers may request order cancellation before delivery.

If hardware assembly or other agreed work has not started, amounts paid for undelivered goods and unperformed services will ordinarily be refundable, subject to valid and clearly disclosed contractual conditions.

Where customized work, procurement, or configuration has already begun, any proposed deductions must be supported by the actual work or costs involved, the accepted agreement, and applicable law.

Customers do not automatically forfeit their entire payment merely because an order was customized.

If Prabotics Labs cannot deliver the accepted order, the customer is entitled to the applicable contractual or legal remedy, including an appropriate refund where required.

17. Refunds and Payment Corrections

Refund eligibility is assessed according to the reason for the request, the agreed transaction, delivery status, work completed, and applicable law.

Ordinary voluntary cancellation of properly supplied goods or services does not automatically create a right to a refund.

However, refunds or other remedies may apply where:

  • Products are defective.
  • Incorrect products were delivered.
  • Contracted services were materially not supplied.
  • Payments were duplicated.
  • Unauthorized or erroneous charges occurred.
  • An accepted order cannot be fulfilled.
  • Applicable law requires a remedy.

Verified payment errors will be corrected appropriately.

Refunds will be processed through an appropriate payment method, ordinarily the original method where practical.

Any refund deductions must be lawful, supported, and appropriately disclosed.

Refund processing will follow the applicable payment procedure and legal requirements.

To request assistance, contact [email protected] with the order reference and relevant details.

18. Nabik AI Box Hardware Warranty

18.1 Warranty Provider

Nabik AI Boxes are assembled or customized by Prabotics Labs.

Prabotics Labs is the primary customer contact for warranty claims on AI Boxes it supplies.

18.2 Warranty Duration

Warranty periods vary by hardware model, components, and purchased configuration.

The applicable warranty coverage and period must be identified in the customer's quotation, invoice, or accompanying warranty documentation.

The warranty begins on the documented delivery or customer handover date, unless the accepted agreement expressly states another valid commencement date.

18.3 Covered Defects

Eligible manufacturing, assembly, or hardware defects arising under normal intended use may be covered during the applicable warranty period.

Coverage depends on the purchased configuration and component-specific warranty schedule.

18.4 Exclusions

Warranty exclusions may apply to faults caused by:

  • Accidental impact or physical damage.
  • Liquid exposure.
  • Fire or damaging environmental conditions.
  • Improper electrical supply.
  • Misuse outside disclosed specifications.
  • Unauthorized alterations that cause or contribute to the defect.
  • External equipment causing damage.
  • Ordinary wear not otherwise covered.

Exclusions must be relevant to the fault and consistent with applicable law.

Opening an enclosure or making an unrelated modification does not automatically void coverage for an independent defect.

18.5 Warranty Claims

Customers can contact:

[email protected]

+880 1905-278758

Customers should provide the invoice reference, AI Box model or serial number, and a description of the issue.

Prabotics Labs may perform appropriate remote diagnostics or arrange inspection.

A claim reported within the applicable warranty period will not be rejected solely because assessment continues after that period expires.

18.6 Repair and Replacement

For eligible claims, Prabotics Labs will arrange the applicable repair, component replacement, equivalent equipment replacement, or other remedy.

If appropriate repair or replacement is unavailable, the customer's refund or other remedies will be assessed under the agreement and applicable law.

Prabotics Labs may coordinate component-supplier claims internally rather than requiring customers to negotiate with separate component suppliers for coverage promised by Prabotics Labs.

Replacement parts should satisfy the agreed functional requirements.

18.7 Warranty and Stored Data

Repair, storage replacement, or reinstallation may affect data stored on the AI Box.

Customers should maintain appropriate backups of important recordings.

Before servicing, Prabotics Labs will explain foreseeable data-loss risks where practicable and obtain appropriate authorization for actions affecting customer information.

A storage-device warranty does not automatically include recovery of lost recordings.

This does not exclude liability for data loss where Prabotics Labs is legally responsible.

18.8 Charges

Additional charges for uncovered faults, replacement components, transport, or other work must be disclosed and approved before paid work is performed.

Qualifying warranty remedies will be provided according to the applicable warranty and mandatory legal requirements.

18.9 Customer Rights

The hardware warranty supplements and does not remove statutory customer rights.

19. Technical Support Schedule

Prabotics Labs provides standard Nabik technical support according to the following schedule:

Saturday–Thursday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Time Zone: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6)

Friday: Closed

Company-observed holidays and announced service closures are excluded.

Customers may submit enquiries outside these hours.

Requests received outside operating hours will ordinarily be handled after the next support period begins.

Support outside published business hours is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

20. Support Scope and Priority

Technical assistance depends on the customer's active plan and agreed support entitlements.

Support may include:

  • AI Box diagnostics.
  • Software troubleshooting.
  • Supported camera-stream issues.
  • Recording configuration assistance.
  • AI detection setup.
  • Notification troubleshooting.
  • Relevant integration support.
  • Agreed maintenance assistance.

Prabotics Labs gives priority to critical incidents affecting core surveillance or recording functionality during published business hours.

Requests may be classified as Critical, High, Normal, or General according to technical impact.

Priority classification determines handling order; it does not guarantee immediate resolution.

Unless separately agreed, Nabik does not promise specific first-response or resolution times.

Any contractual response commitment must be explicitly documented in the customer's applicable service agreement.

21. Remote Technical Access

Prabotics Labs may maintain ongoing remote connectivity to customer Nabik AI Boxes during authorized support or maintenance arrangements.

This connectivity may remain available between individual support requests.

Depending on configured permissions, authorized technical staff may be capable of accessing:

  • System status.
  • Technical diagnostics.
  • Software configuration.
  • Camera connection information.
  • AI event data.
  • Relevant live or recorded camera content.

Remote connectivity does not imply continuous human CCTV monitoring.

Remote access must be used for authorized purposes and subject to applicable privacy, security, and contractual responsibilities.

Customers may request clarification, restrictions, or discontinuation of remote access, subject to the service agreement and applicable law.

Disabling remote connectivity may affect the availability of remote technical assistance.

Remote access is further addressed in the Nabik Privacy Policy.

Related document: Privacy Policy.

22. Software Maintenance and Updates

During an active subscription, Prabotics Labs may provide software maintenance according to the purchased plan.

Maintenance may include:

  • Diagnosing supported software faults.
  • Relevant security updates.
  • Compatible software upgrades.
  • Configuration adjustments.
  • Resolving known integration issues.
  • Other agreed maintenance services.

Maintenance does not automatically include:

  • Unlimited feature development.
  • Every newly released AI feature.
  • Major hardware upgrades.
  • Unlicensed proprietary model updates.
  • Unlimited new camera configuration.
  • Unlimited on-site visits.
  • Custom software development.

Updates may require temporary interruption, system changes, or customer cooperation.

Where appropriate, planned maintenance affecting surveillance availability will be coordinated with the customer.

No general maintenance statement guarantees uninterrupted operation.

23. On-Site Technical Services

Nabik support is ordinarily provided remotely where practical.

On-site assistance may be arranged by appointment.

A visit may be required for physical hardware inspection, a complex network issue, approved additional configuration, or another agreed service.

Unless included in the purchased plan or required under a warranty or legal remedy, visits, transport, technical labor, and related charges may be quoted separately.

Chargeable work requires approval before it begins.

Prabotics Labs does not ordinarily provide physical camera mounting, electrical installation, or structured cabling.

24. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must operate Nabik and connected surveillance equipment lawfully.

Customer responsibilities may include:

  • Having authority over the monitored premises.
  • Obtaining required permissions.
  • Providing applicable CCTV notices.
  • Obtaining consent or another lawful basis where required.
  • Protecting access credentials.
  • Controlling camera access.
  • Maintaining appropriate network connectivity.
  • Supplying reliable electricity.
  • Protecting local equipment.
  • Maintaining suitable recording and backup arrangements.
  • Reporting technical faults.
  • Avoiding unlawful surveillance.
  • Restricting unauthorized sharing of recordings.

Customer responsibilities do not eliminate Prabotics Labs' own obligations concerning its products, services, personnel, or data processing.

25. Responsible AI Surveillance

Nabik is intended to support legitimate surveillance activities.

Customers must not use the system for unlawful monitoring, harassment, unauthorized interception, or activities that violate applicable rights.

Additional care is required for:

  • Workplace monitoring.
  • Apartment and residential surveillance.
  • Facial recognition.
  • Biometric enrollment.
  • Vehicle identification.
  • Surveillance involving children.
  • Privacy-sensitive areas.

Customers must comply with applicable legal requirements governing the use of personal and biometric information.

Prabotics Labs may refuse or discontinue unlawful or materially abusive services subject to the agreement and applicable law.

26. AI Accuracy and Limitations

Nabik's AI capabilities assist surveillance but are not infallible.

Performance may depend on:

  • Camera placement.
  • Resolution and video quality.
  • Lighting and weather.
  • Obstructions.
  • Frame rates.
  • Hardware resources.
  • AI model characteristics.
  • Network reliability.
  • System configuration.

AI may fail to detect actual events or may incorrectly identify ordinary activity as a relevant event.

Face recognition may produce incorrect identity matches.

License plate recognition may misread characters.

Event summaries may omit relevant details or describe activity inaccurately.

AI results should not be treated as conclusive evidence of criminal conduct, identity, intent, or vehicle ownership without appropriate verification.

Prabotics Labs does not guarantee that Nabik will prevent every security incident, theft, intrusion, or loss.

Any specific performance commitments expressly accepted in writing remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.

27. Local AI Event Summaries

Nabik's confirmed AI Event Summaries feature uses local processing on appropriately configured AI Box hardware.

The feature does not use an external cloud AI provider to generate event summaries under the confirmed product configuration.

Performance and availability depend on supported hardware, local AI models, and configuration.

Other features, such as remote support or externally configured notifications, may still require internet connectivity or transmit selected information to external services.

Local summary processing does not eliminate all possible authorized access to event information.

28. CCTV Recording and Data Retention

Supported Nabik installations can record CCTV footage on configured local storage.

Recording depends on:

  • Camera streams.
  • Available storage.
  • Hardware condition.
  • Recording settings.
  • Retention policies.
  • Local network operation.
  • Electricity.
  • System availability.

Older footage may be overwritten according to configured retention rules.

Certain recording modes may preserve events rather than every moment of activity.

Customers should preserve separate copies of important footage when necessary.

A standard local recording configuration does not automatically include redundant storage, off-site backup, or disaster recovery.

Prabotics Labs remains responsible for fulfilling applicable configuration, maintenance, and service obligations.

Responsibility for particular data loss depends on the cause, agreed duties, and applicable law.

29. Information Privacy and Security

Surveillance systems may process personal information, including images, recordings, vehicle information, and biometric information.

Prabotics Labs and its customers have responsibilities according to their respective roles and applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for defining lawful surveillance purposes, camera placement, authorized users, and appropriate retention settings.

Prabotics Labs may have additional responsibilities when it accesses or processes personal information for support or other services.

For information about collection, processing, remote access, cookies, retention, and privacy requests, refer to:

Privacy Policy: Read the Privacy Policy.

Privacy requests:

[email protected]

Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable personal-data rights.

30. Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Some Nabik integrations and operations may depend on third parties.

These may include:

  • Camera manufacturers.
  • Network or internet providers.
  • Telegram.
  • Home Assistant.
  • Remote-connectivity providers.
  • Payment services.
  • Software libraries.
  • Other configured integrations.

The availability or behavior of external services may change independently of Prabotics Labs.

Prabotics Labs cannot directly control the operation of all third-party systems.

However, this does not remove responsibilities it has accepted regarding integration, delivery, configuration, or support.

External notifications may depend on internet connectivity and the availability of the relevant platform.

31. Software Licensing and Intellectual Property

Nabik includes a combination of original Prabotics Labs materials and applicable third-party or open-source components.

Rights granted by applicable open-source licenses remain available according to those licenses.

Required copyright notices and license terms must be preserved.

Use of proprietary third-party models and services may require additional commercial authorization.

Purchasing Nabik hardware or subscribing to Prabotics Labs services does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Prabotics Labs retains rights in its own lawfully owned branding, original materials, and proprietary components.

The customer retains rights granted under applicable open-source software licenses.

Third-Party Software Notices: View software notices.

Applicable third-party copyright notices and license terms remain in effect.

32. Service Availability and Interruptions

Nabik functionality may be affected by:

  • Hardware failures.
  • Electrical interruptions.
  • Network failures.
  • Camera malfunctions.
  • Storage failures.
  • Software faults.
  • Maintenance.
  • Third-party outages.
  • Unsupported configuration changes.

Prabotics Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation unless a specific service availability commitment is expressly agreed.

This clause does not remove liability for failures to meet contracted obligations or non-excludable legal responsibilities.

Customers should maintain reasonable alternative security measures appropriate to the risks at their premises.

33. Suspension and Termination

Prabotics Labs may suspend or terminate applicable services in circumstances permitted by the agreement and law, including:

  • Material non-payment.
  • Serious contractual breach.
  • Unlawful system use.
  • Abuse of support services.
  • Significant security threats requiring proportionate protective action.

Where appropriate, reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue will be provided, subject to the nature of the risk and applicable law.

Termination of a service subscription does not automatically transfer ownership of purchased hardware or revoke independent open-source rights.

Prabotics Labs may not treat a terminated subscription as automatic authorization to delete customer footage.

34. Warranties and Service Representations

Prabotics Labs will provide the hardware and services according to the accepted specifications, warranties, contractual commitments, and applicable law.

Unless expressly contracted, Nabik is not:

  • A staffed security-monitoring center.
  • A police-dispatch service.
  • An emergency-response provider.
  • A guarantee against theft.
  • A guarantee against accidents.
  • An unlimited backup service.
  • A guarantee of perfect AI detection.

Representations concerning reliability, accuracy, support, and included capabilities must correspond to the actual purchased configuration.

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

35. Limitation of Liability

Prabotics Labs and customers remain responsible for their respective obligations under the applicable agreement and law.

Where legally permitted, the parties may agree to reasonable limitations concerning categories of losses arising from the products or services.

Any contractual limitation must be clear, appropriately accepted, and consistent with applicable law.

No monetary liability cap is established by these general website Terms unless a specific cap or formula has been separately approved and validly incorporated into the applicable agreement.

These Terms do not exclude responsibility or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Whether a particular loss is recoverable depends on the facts, applicable contract, causation, and law.

A general statement about AI limitations does not automatically remove liability for defective hardware, negligent work, breach of agreed commitments, or other actionable conduct.

36. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Customers should report product, payment, warranty, or service concerns through the official support channel.

Prabotics Labs will review complaints with reference to relevant purchase records, technical findings, service history, and the applicable agreement.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the parties retain their applicable contractual, statutory, and regulatory remedies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh to the extent applicable.

Any additional dispute-resolution process must be validly agreed and cannot remove mandatory statutory rights.

37. Changes to These Terms

Prabotics Labs may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, services, business operations, or applicable legal requirements.

Material changes affecting an existing accepted contract will be handled according to the relevant agreement, legally required notices, and any necessary customer consent.

Publishing revised website Terms does not automatically override an existing agreement where further acceptance is required.
