The AI Box provides dedicated processing hardware for the agreed camera and AI workload. Hardware and storage are quoted separately from the monthly subscription.
Supported core local recording can operate over a working local network. Licensed add-ons rely on a valid subscription with a time-limited offline cache, normally no more than seven days and never beyond subscription expiry. Remote notifications and internet-dependent integrations need internet.
The catalog limits are Basic: 4, Pro: 8, and Business: 16 cameras for new admission. These are plan limits, not a performance guarantee. Camera resolution, frame rate, recording load, and AI processing determine suitable hardware.
Licensed optional add-ons become unavailable when the subscription expires. Core local recording controls and existing recordings remain on the device under the installed software rules. Plan changes can affect admission of new cameras. Ask the team for the agreed cancellation and reactivation terms.
The setup and support scope is confirmed in your quotation and service agreement. Camera mounting, cabling, electrical work, site visits, travel, and custom integrations should only be treated as included when expressly listed.
